Persian Restaurant-Qatar

Persian restaurant project in Qatar, Doha city.

The project site is located at the historical marketplace, Souq Waqif.

One of the goals of this project is to pay attention to the rules and regulations (adjacent to the historical context of Souq Waqif) and the geometric constraints of the site.

At the same time, considering that this place is an Iranian restaurant in terms of the character of the building, the purpose of combining the spirit of local and climatic architecture of the region with a glance at the architectural taste of the Persian Gulf has been considered. These characteristics are manifested in the general form, openings, height of the building, texture, external and internal relations. The façade is made of cement and the lattice windows are made of teak wood, in parts with colored glass.
