This construction has been built on a typical lot in Velenjak neighborhood with an area of 1040 square meters. The daylighting can only be achieved through the 16.5 meter width of the southern façade of the building due to the location and sheer length of the lot. The whole design revolved around the placement of the inner skylight on the center of gravity of the building, and the residential apartments were placed to the north and south of the skylight (a yard with tall walls) according to the instructions.
