This project is situated on a 4650-square-meter lot with the building area of 17000 square meters in eleven floors including three basements (parking garages), the ground floor (a lobby, a swimming pool, a gym, and an assembly room), and eight residential floors with six apartments on each. As a number of distinctive features of the project, we can point out the placement of the swimming pool on the ground floor, a lobby with a height of seven meters, and 6-meter-high porches on the northern, southern, as well as the western sides of the building.
