The project was carried out on an 820-square-meter lot in Darrous, on Mansour Street. The building area is 4660 square meters featuring two basements which hold the parking garages, a sports hall, an assembly room, and other common spaces, and five residential floors with three apartments on each. The construction process began in spring of 2009, and was concluded in late summer of 2013.
