Garden Plaza Residential

The Garden Plaza project is located in a special geographical location. The pristine location, in the vicinity of a River, as well as the geometry of the land, have set unique features for the design of the project. Considering the specific geometry of the land, directing light to the main spaces, providing a view and minimal overlap of the units, the volume of the project was formed by placing successive voids in the external body. In the following, corridors have been considered for the public spaces of the project, due to which air ventilation can be done properly in the humid climate of the north of the country.
