Arte Office and Commercial Building

This project is designed in 6 basement floors and 7 floors on the ground floor, which includes parking on the negative floors, commercial on minus one to the second floor, and the rest of the building is office spaces.

The design of the building form is such that a part of the facade is parallel to Dolat Street and a part is at an angle to it, in order to create a stylish design based on the conditions of the land and the urban location of the building.

Provide the light for the parts inside and close to the center.
