The 1660 commercial – office building is located at an intersection on Shariati Street. The layout of the parking is a crucial element in the elevator and staircase core positioning and shaping the main structure.

The building, relying on the western staircases and elevator core, pays special attention to the garden of the embassy on its eastern side, while the northern and southern façades prioritize views as a secondary feature. The interior spaces are oriented to take advantage of the view of the trees and the eastern garden, with the image of the Alborz mountains range to the north and the southern view of Tehran framed by the façade’s lattice structures. These lattices also modulate natural light and limit the visibility from neighboring buildings into the interior spaces.

The staggered levels of the building on the northern, southern, and eastern façades are an effort to create a more human-scale structure and provide opportunities for green spaces on all floors. The interior office spaces are designed as open offices, while the ground floor and a mezzanine are dedicated to commercial use.
